Book this amazing tour and get to know charming Bucharest like nobody managed to describe it before!
We’ll meet in the most beautiful square in Bucharest and we’ll spend the next 4 hours among the locals and admiring the most impressive views and buildings in the city. Along the oldest road in the city (Calea Victoriei) you’ll take a look at The Royal Palace, The Revolution Square, the first saving Bank, and the National Military Circle. The next stop is at the largest administrative building in the world, The Palace of Parliament. This building houses the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies, three museums and an international conference center. After this visit, we’ll continue with the Romanian Patriarchal Cathedral built in 1655 and then we will enjoy the charms of the historical center that houses the last vestiges of the Old Princely Court. Afterward, we will cross the entire city to take a visit to the Village Museum. This open-air ethnographic museum is located in Herăstrău Park, showcasing traditional Romanian village life. The area of the museum extends to over 100,000 square meters and contains 272 authentic farms and houses from all over Romania. It was the first of this kind in Europe and was created in 1936 by Dimitrie Gusti. On our way back to the starting point you will have the chance to admire the beautiful boulevard that goes near the Arch of Triumph, the Victoriei Square with the Government building and Grigore Antipa National Museum of Natural History. At the end of the tour, we will share a drink together and answer all of your remain questions.
