Located in a typical shepherd`s village, Sibiel, this pension combines the natural and home-made products with a folkloric live show, offering you the occasion to learn about the traditions and customs of this area. Do not forget to try our local drink named "tuica"!

Must-Try Dishes (not all included in our dinner):
Sarmale (Cabbage Rolls): Perhaps the most iconic Romanian dish! Minced meat (often pork and beef) mixed with rice and herbs, rolled in sour cabbage leaves, and slow-cooked. Absolutely comforting and flavorful.
Mămăligă (Polenta): A staple side dish, often replacing bread. This cornmeal porridge can be served soft, firm, or baked, and is delicious with sour cream, cheese, or alongside stews.
Mici (Grilled Sausages without Casings): Small, skinless grilled sausages made from a mix of ground meats (usually beef, lamb, and pork) seasoned with garlic and spices. Perfect for a summer barbecue!
