Program:
Day 1: Bucharest - Tulcea - Crisan
1. Bucharest (07:00) – Tulcea (11:30) OR Bucharest (09:00) – Tulcea (13:30) by bus
2. Tulcea (13:30) – Crișan (16:00) by ship.
The fisherman will wait for you at the pier in Crișan.
Accommodation at the Fisherman’s house, Gherasim 2*, a clean, nice, and simple guesthouse (2 rooms sharing a bathroom).
Day 2 & 3: Danube Delta Safari
After breakfast, you will experience the enchanting flora and fauna of the unique habitats of the Danube Delta. We will enjoy our lunch bucket and then we will float through the beautiful scenery along the narrowest channels to the large lakes surrounded by reeds, poplars, and willows, which serve as a home to many species of birds.
Later in the afternoon, we’ll go back to the hotel. Dinner in the pension. Accommodation at the Fisherman’s house, Gherasim 2*
Day 4: Crisan - Tulcea - Bucharest
Breakfast
1. Crișan (09:00) – Tulcea (11:30) by ship
2. Tulcea (12:00) – Bucharest (16:30) by bus
